Historic Lafayette St Project
Robert Wolfe Construction recently completed a challenging and rewarding project on Lafayette Street involving the complete structural rehabilitation of a historic double condo unit. The team carefully lifted the existing house, removed the old foundation, and poured a brand-new concrete slab underneath. This sensitive approach preserved the historic character of the property while meeting modern standards, allowing the project to successfully qualify for historic tax credits.
