SCOPE OF WORK:

Viking Life Saving Equipment is a repeat client that needed additional space for their operations. Over a period of 3 years, we worked with them to search for a new space including visiting potential new locations and providing budgets for renovating the spaces to accommodate their operation. Then the warehouse space adjacent to their existing facility became available. We worked with the architect and engineers to develop a plan to expand and renovate both the existing and new spaces. 
 
We expanded their life raft service area and completed all work to make the space compliant with U.S. Coast Guard requirements. We renovated their existing Marine Fire Safety service station including modifying their existing hydro test pit and building a ventilated room for equipment testing. Lastly, we renovated their new and existing office space to provide a space that is functional and looks incredible.
