Summary of Work for Roof Replacement.
- Remove Existing HVAC units/Heat pumps and Condensate drains (to perform work and store on site)
- Remove existing Foam & Torch down to roof deck and flashing associated with removal of roof system
- Supply and Install Holcim ELEVATE 60 ML TPO Roofing System
- Provide and install 1” ISO board, fasteners, TPO roof jacks and Termination bars
- Provide & Install Galvanized Flashing for Parapet wall
- Re-Install existing HVAC units, connect and start all units for proper operation
